Client Spotlight: American Pest Management

After spending an entire day in August photographing the team at American Pest Management, I have great respect for this family-owned business that has been serving our area for more than 30 years. Headed by Ravi and Elaine Sachdeva, who took over the company in 1998 when Ravi’s father retired, American Pest Management has built a strong reputation based on professionalism, education, ongoing training and loyalty.
Over the past several months, we helped them with a rebranding effort so that their materials better matched the quality of their service. Now they have two new terrific brochures featuring J & C Imaging photos of actual team members and real customers who graciously opened their homes and businesses to us. Last week, we launched a new website that complements the brochures, providing a comprehensive overview of their services, special offers, and a lot of valuable information about combating pest problems in your home.
Our goal was to highlight their strong client relationships and their dependable customer service. So we took the emphasis off the creepy crawlies, and instead focused on the people and the outcome of their services — a life without pests. We think it is a combination that works!
