Client Spotlight: All About Quilts

Frustration prompted Karen Malone, owner of All About Quilts, to call us. She was tired of fighting with her website to make simple changes, and she was definitely interested in making it a real sales tool for her business.
Karen wanted a unique site that was user-friendly, looked great and allowed her customers to easily order items online. She also wanted to quickly showcase new items for sale, adding them to her site with a simple interface, so we knew a Content Management System was a must.
First, we gave Karen’s logo a facelift. Then, we developed a beautiful, customized website that exceeded her expectations. “Not only are our sales up, but we have extended our customer base. We get calls from all over the U.S. now!” Karen said. Her customers report that the site is very user-friendly, and she’s adding inventory to the site as fast as she can — there’s new information on the site every day.
The new website makes it easy for Karen to stay connected to her many loyal customers. And making changes is a breeze. She posts class schedules and upcoming events, and there’s a newsletter sign-up right on the site. Now quilters everywhere don’t have to miss a beat – or a stitch!
