Linda Lucero, Graphic Designer

Linda Lucero, graphic designer and lover of all things Rod Stewart, became a New Boston newbie in July 2008. After departing the Academy of Art University in San Francisco with a shiny new B.F.A. in advertising design, Ms. Lucero worked as a graphic designer in Germany and Topeka for a decade and a half.

Though exceedingly happy in her current professional position, she still harbors not-so-secret welding aspirations (“Flashdance” much?). While her colleagues thank their lucky stars for her project turnaround times and graphic je ne sais quoi, they are slightly perturbed by her insistence on office-wide stretching exercises. Ms. Lucero is disgusted by clanging silverware and cold tile underfoot, but finds consolation in eating Skittles one at a time (never in handfuls). A proclaimed dentist fearer and root canal victim, she is inexplicably enamored with both the pointy-toothed “Lost Boys” and the ginormously-toothed Bee Gees.
