Well, we think we're funny.

A lot of names were bounced back and forth. One stuck.
Name Game

It never fails. When we meet someone new, the first question is always, “Where’d you learn those killer dance moves?”
Then the second thing they ask is, “Why New Boston?”
New Boston Creative Group wasn’t a name we picked up willy-nilly. No, this handle is rooted in history. It goes a little something like this:
In April 1855, three pioneer groups joined forces to form the community of Boston in the vicinity of what is today downtown Manhattan, Kansas. Three months later, Boston’s name changed to Manhattan when a group of New Yorkers agreed to join the community (substantially swelling the population) after their steamboat got stuck (twice!) on a sandbar.
Cool story, no? But more than that, the name speaks to what we do here at New Boston. A lot of people think you have to venture to the large metro areas to get innovative creative work. We disagree.
We’ve found that the Midwest is home to large numbers of talented, creative and forward-thinking people. We draw upon the strengths of our on-the-ball crew to provide the region with quality marketing and communications. And if that means we swipe a few clients from the coasts along the way, so be it!
