What We Did
In 2007, Steve’s Floral owner Jan Miller contacted New Boston to bring some consistency to her marketing materials. After 20 years, Steve’s was a leading floral shop in its market, but had leveled out in sales. Over the course of a year, New Boston developed a new logo, new branding, a new storefront, new radio ads, a new website, and a new look for print ads and other collateral materials — one project at a time.
Results
Within one year, Miller experienced a total sales increase of more than 10 percent, more than paying for her investment to revitalize her business’s image.
