It never hurts to just be nice to people.

Process

- Lather, rinse, repeat

Every client and project is different. Worry not. The goals, tone, and final products for Ms. Research Institute will not be the same as those for Mr. Retail Operation. Each job is as custom as the day is long.

Generally, though, here’s what you can expect on your first project:

Your Place, or Ours?

We’ll have a confab about the basic mechanics of your business or organization. Together, we’ll hash out your goals, audience, and timeline, and clearly define your next move. Do you just need a logo, or are you after a complete branding package? Whatever services you choose, the first meeting’s on us.

The Proposal

Soon after the initial rendezvous, you’ll receive a proposal, including a bid for the work discussed. It’ll lay out all the pieces of the puzzle — content development, graphic design, web design, media placement, and so forth. It will also detail exactly what you’re getting for your money (how many logo designs, whether printing is included, how much extra for glitter, etc.).

Getting Creative

Once you’ve (graciously) accepted the proposal, it’s time for the fun stuff! We’ll get crackin’ on the creative process, turning and finessing our ideas until we have something to share with you. Keep in mind that this is all about collaboration. We’ll do the heavy lifting, but you’ll have lots of input along the way.

Where Do We Go From Here?

After the project is complete — and you have your paws on your new website, TV commercial, or other marketing goodness — we’ll discuss the success of the endeavor. This is also a great time to strategize what’s next, and decide on any other actions that could reinforce your message. Global domination takes time, after all.
